Thanks sis for the heads up~ Annnnnnnnnnnnnnd I just got a new part-time job~ It's at China Capital Arts in the Crossroads, which is newly set up. THEY SELL ANIME STUFF. It's mostly Naruto and Bleach though, of course. XDDD A bit of Sailor Moon stuff for the girls. But they're (mostly) authentic Japanese products which makes me squeeeeeeeeeeeee. They have some interesting Final Fantasy goods, cds and wallscrolls too. I remember seeing some really nice Kingdom Hearts, Death Note anime and Suzumiya Haruhi wallscrolls. I start training this Friday.

They also sell weapons like shuriken, kunai and swords o_o;;; Some of them are just out on display for now, blades poking out. Didn't expect that. My OCD wants to add giant red warning signs around them because there aren't any around the displays. I hope I don't get cut! bokutouuuuu~ They also have a lot of cool traditional clothes, Buddha statues, charms and the sort. More than I thought, and I like it :D

But the store owner seems pretty nice. It's going to be fun, I can tell. XD asdhfkjdhf I wonder if I'll get to play my choice of animu music there too or something. >w< ~~~

Many thanks to nezucho and furoraken, I finally have a modded PS2, and my first game is definitely Digimon Savers ~Another Mission~! I've also started out on Shining Wind JP, Tales of the Abyss JP, Persona 4 (undub), and Final Fantasy X International (undub), but I'll get back to them after at least one round of Savers. As well as the Onmyou Taisenki games and possibly some Summon Knight games and maybe even some otome games... errrm, this is all going to take a lot of time already XD

I'm also getting an A/V to USB adapter so I can play the games on my old XP laptop or a computer, and it supposedly has software to let me record with it, so I'd like to make recordings of the Savers cutscenes, since some scenes are just... XDDDDD And fansub them too? I've got a few Thought pics already ahahahahahaha.

But DAMN the game runs so slowly, I really wish they'd learned something from the smoother/faster flow in other games like Final Fantasy X. I played FFX way back in high school when Paul lent me his PS2 and have forgotten most of it since then, so it'll be nice to have a replay with the original audio. xD I also set it to the Japanese subtitles, and it's REALLY annoying because what they say doesn't match up to the subs at all >_>; Like Tidus will be saying 「マジかよ！」 (maji ka yo!) while the subs say　「勘弁してくれ！」 (kanben shitekure!) >___>; Or sentences will be inverted in the subs, or shortened, or just... ARGH none of it matches and it's annoying because the subs are still following the story, miraculously. Just telling in a different way... XD That just reinforces the silliness of the stories for FF, if you ask me.

When I try to play Final Fantasy XII International it won't detect my controller though, and I HOPE it's just because of the controller... got another coming though, so I hope that should work... >_> I know it's not because of the game, since I have the actual retail game, and it's done the same thing with both that and a copy I downloaded from PS2iso.

Remember I mentioned that people were out there fansubbing every cut scene in Dissidia: Final Fantasy? Well, here's a REALLY good fan project that goes beyond just fansubbing the scenes... it connects them with killer ass battle scenes so you aren't missing out on that part too :D I'm pretty sure the person uses manual camera settings because I don't think things look so much like that on the default settings... If you don't have a PSP, this is like all you need to enjoy the game, like how I watched Final Fantasy XII on youtube. *SWT* They add some music from other Final Fantasy games into the cut scenes to give them more flavor, I guess.

I replaced the audio with the CD track of the opening, so it's better quality XD I've been swapping messages with the encoder (who says he's only 12, lol), and it's kind of hard to get my MESSAGE through to him... like I told him 30fps would be all he needs, and he still ends up encoding in 60fps *swt* And apparently he's been improving his encoding so I've been poking him for a better one of this op XD;

Dissidia: Final Fantasy Mandatory hot, epic opening video~ If someone can point me to a better quality rip of this, please do :D

I hear there are projects to fansub all of the cut scenes in the game (and there are hours and hours of cut scenes), and they're getting posted to youtube. It'd be like watching FFXII on youtube like I did a few years ago, except with omgbbq all the familiar FFI - FFX hotties.

And Dissidia's hot soundtrack is hot.~ (links from here)

So far, Tidus is my main, followed by Onion Knight, Zidane, Cloud and Squall... XD;; Haven't figured out where to put Butz/Bartz in there. Fast, aerial and downright annoying to fight? Yesh that's me~ A little typical, but I haven't bothered playing most of the villains besides Sephiroth (too many distance attackers), and I'm not much of a villains person anyway.

Random for laughs tier. Tidus is generic? :< wut. Although I was surprised... I played FFX in English, but I've listened to Masakazu Morita's version of him through the monologues in the OSTs and image songs for a long time. I didn't realize he was such an excessive "~ssu" speaker in conversation. It irked me for a while D: I dunno, I never thought he'd be the type. But I guess I'm kind of used to it now.

Btw, it turned out Lina hadn't been getting messy with the kitty litter, resulting in the bath we gave her. Mom had some oldddd free lotion she had gotten from hotels in China. It smelled like kitty litter. Fortunately, she ran out of it not long after we gave Lina her bath.

1. Lina sat in my lap all through dinner today and got very grouchy when I wanted to get up. I think our house is too cold. D8; But yes, this made me happy, heh. Her grouchy moans entertain me. Because she always sounds grouchy.
2. Getting to mess around with Dissidia: Final Fantasy for PSP - Cloud is so easy to use. XDDDDDD
I found Onion Knight (JunJun <3 ~) and Zidane (Paku Romi you're so perfect for him~) pretty easy too since they're so fast. Tidus is kind of in between. Squall is pretty badass but he's kind of slow for my tastes. The rest... I don't have much interest in since I don't care much for the older Final Fantasies. And I care even less for a chance at playing as the bad guys except MAYBE Sephiroth *swt* But I haven't heard Seki Toshihiko in a while and more Hoshi is fine too. I don't get how people get level 100 characters so quickly after the game's released though .____.; Craaaazy gamers. Or I just suck at brawling games that much. Meh. But the gaming dimensions... they're nuts and took me so long to get used to. XD; I just find it odd that all the characters can keep themselves in mid-air for entire battles. It's Final Fantasy. ;; But yeah, I guess it lives up to its hype. To sum it up, this game is seriously BADASS. For a fighting game.
